emilie friday makes these adorable return address stamps that you'd be able to use instead of paying your invitation person or a calligrapher to print them on your invites and RSVPs, etc. We used one :)

bulk order flowers from fifty flowers  (Lori and Matt used them) 

i got my shoes from net-a-porter, but check out everything. they have an amazing wedding boutique - they have a ton of (expensive) wedding wraps, accessories, shoes, etc - click around for some inspiration at least.
